At VRV Revvaa, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, modifications, and refunds for all bookings made through our website.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channel.
• Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of cancellation before departure.
• The cancellation date will be considered as the date we receive the written request.

Standard Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before travel: Deposit amount may be non-refundable
• 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
• 3–6 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 72 hours / No-show: 100% non-refundable

(Charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, or supplier policies.)

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation and service charges.
• Airline tickets, visas, insurance, and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation by Company

• In rare cases, if we cancel a tour due to operational reasons, customers will receive:
  • Alternative travel option, or
  • Credit note, or
  • Refund (excluding third-party non-refundable services)

4. No Show Policy

• No refund will be provided if:
  • Customer fails to arrive on time
  • Misses flight, transport, or hotel check-in
  • Leaves tour midway

5. Amendment / Rescheduling

• Date changes depend on availability and supplier approval.
• Amendment charges may apply.
• Fare difference must be paid by the customer.

6. Visa Rejection

• Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellation charges will apply as per timeline if visa is rejected.
• Company is not responsible for visa decisions by embassies.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Pandemic restrictions
• Government regulations
• Political unrest

However, we will try to provide alternate arrangements where possible.

8. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• In some cases, credit vouchers may be issued.
